Molto bene
Hotel nuovissimo a gestione familiare. Le camere sono ampie luminose ed estremamente pulite. Il bagno fornito con doccia schiuma è shampoo profumatissimi. Lenzuola di ottima qualità e doppi cuscini. Terrazzino ottimo per stendere o rilassarsi. WiFi eccellente! Colazione valida

Excellent service
Staff was extremely helpful, constantly going above and beyond the call of duty. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.

This most comfortable and cleaned hotel we stayed through out our trip in Srinlanka. Room were super clean and comfortable. Staff the owner her wife and two other person were extremely helpful and positive. I recommend this Hotel whenever you are in UNAWATUNA>.

Nice hotel
Very close to the beach and there are a few nice restaurants nearby, e.g bedspace and the veggie buffet restaurant. The room is clean, hot shower, the wifi is very good. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Отдыхали в январе 2018г.Отель отличный.Тихий .шумоизоляция хорошая.отдыхали с грудным ребенком.до пляжа 5мин ходьбы.При заезде выдают холодный сок. Приятно после дороги из аэропорта. Большие кровати. Уборка каждый день. Чисто. Вкусно готовят. Главное достоинство этого отеля - это свой дизель-генератор.Когда отключают свет ,то в этом отеле продолжает все работать.А главное кондиционеры. Это важно. Всегда есть горячая вода с хорошим напором . Это редкость . Хозяева отеля молодцы. Привет вам. Бабушке вашей тоже привет. Спасибо за ваши лепешки. Из минусов это отсутствие бассейна и территории. Но это в планах у них. Удачи вам!

Super nice hotel!
Owners and staff are very friendly and acommadating! We paid $5 USD extra for a breakfast which was fresh eggs, fruit, baking, coffee and juice. Rooms are very big and clean with a/c. Very comfy beds with a TV, amazing wifi, and beautiful bathroom. 10/10

Great hotel-would highly reccomend!
Beautiful clean rooms in a great hotel. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and the shower was the best I’ve had in Sri Lanka (2 shower heads, unlimited hot water). The room was modern and well maintained and the staff were warm and helpful. Would reccomend and stay again!

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen
...und dass nicht nur wegen des tollen Landes, der netten Menschen und der schönen Kultur, sondern auch weil das Hotel Heaven by O durch die herzliche und aufmerksame Familie, die das Hotel betreibt, inklusive der netten Angestellten, ein Glücksgriff war. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber. Wir haben keinen Vergleich zu anderen Zimmern anderer Hotels, aber das können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Alles ok
Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht verbracht, aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Zum Hauptstrand läuft man ca. 15 Minuten, um das Hotel herum befinden sich aber viele Shops und Restaurants der Straße entlang. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr hell gestaltet, was uns gut gefallen hat. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad waren sehr großzügig und sauber. Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung, man bekommt frische Omeletts etc.

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Empfang mit Fruchtsaft und Saunatuch. Die tolle Ausstattung, alles in weiss gehalten, tolles Design. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr nette Inhaber lassen den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis an Gastfreundschaft und Komfort werden. Wünsche werden prompt erfüllt.

Lovely friendly hotel
Great family run hotel, lovely modern funky rooms and amazing modern bathroom with great AC. Wifi in room. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would definatley stay again.

It really was heaven
We are backpacking around Sri Lanka so only stayed in Unawatuna for 3 nights, if we had been staying in this hotel for the duration though I would've been more than happy. We had been travelling Sri Lanka for one week by the time we arrived at this hotel. We arrived on tuk, tuk from Marissa where we had stayed in a guest house. We arrived with big heavy backpacks on our backs to a lovely glass of fresh orange juice and a cold flannel. The gentlemen that greeted us was very welcoming and helpful, we had not booked breakfast here as we prefer to check out local cafes and restaurants, he was more than happy to point us in the right direction and mentioned they offered it also but didn't try to push it in any way. Now for the room.... the best we have stayed in while we've been here. We have just checked in to one today in Hikkaduwa that is the same rating and it seems a much lower standard in comparison. The rooms at Heaven by O are perfectly clean, big comfy beds, soft pillows, fresh fluffy towels with a very clean modern bathroom. There is also a fridge, safe, hairdryer and close horse/washing line in the bathroom so we managed to do some washing as we will be travelling for two years. The couple that run the hotel are so lovely and very accommodating, they also speak perfect English. They are more than happy to help, my fiance had twisted his ankle the day we arrived, the lady who runs the hotel was more than happy to offer ice packs and asked how he was getting on every day.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Nice and quiet but central. Lovely big walk on shower and large bed. Like the noise policy they have as i always like a nice quiet place to stay. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

really clean small guest house / hotel . Rooms are excellent and way above standard that you would expect . The owners are super friendly and its nice and close to the beach . We looked at other accommodation for our next trip , but would definitely stay at this hotel again .. book quick as it only has 8 rooms .

Bestes Hotel in Unawatuna
Es war das schönste Hotel was wir auf unser Reise hatten. Es ist ein europäischer Standard. Mit allem was man braucht um Urlaub. Das Bett ist traumhaft bequem und der Balkon geht Richtung Garten mit Sonnenschutz, Klimaanlage sehr leise und Ventilator. Safe, minibar, jeden Tage kostenloses Mineralwasser, tolles Badezimmer mit regendusche und hygieneartikel, es ist sehr leise und das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und frisch. Hygiene ist top. Ich kann da Hotel nur empfehlen.

Heaven by O was really lovely wish I could have spent all my nights with them. I saw some other hotel rooms of friends staying in the area and Heaven was by far best room I saw. It's slightly off main road to beach so was quiet. Nice staff and room decoration was good, stylish and clean. Would definitely stay again.

A real heaven on earth
Excellent hotel with more than helpful staff. Breakfast is amazing (you should try their delicious home made cake). Rooms are clean, big and well equiped. We never have had such a fast Wi-Fi in a hotel. They even have their own electricity generator in case of power outages which were not rare in Unawatuna. Thank you for everything.

In dieser Preislage habe ich noch nie in einem so sauberen und gepflegten Hotel in Sri Lanka gewohnt. Wir waren schon zehn mal in Sri Lanka.
