“Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich komme gerne wieder, aber leider hat die Qualität diesmal an mehreren Stellen nachgelassen: Besonders beim Housekeeping gab es Probleme: Trotz rechtzeitiger Anforderung (11/12 Uhr) kam niemand, erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen an der Rezeption wurde reagiert. Auch die Zimmerreinigung selbst war nicht gründlich (Boden/Bad). Zudem sind das schwache WLAN und die sehr warme Lobby (Klimaanlage meist aus) schon seit Längerem ein ständiges Ärgernis. Das...

“The location is good, but the bathtub in the room wasn't cleaned, and the rooftop jacuzzi wasn't cleaned either. It was slippery and felt terrible. There was no cleaning every day, and it cost 2,000 baht per service. There were no garbage bags either. I asked the staff for them, and they only gave us three bags for a three-story villa with eight rooms. We ended up having to buy them at the supermarket!”
