"Alcune stanze sono in un'ala dell'hotel piuttosto rumorose, infatti abbiamo chiesto di farci cambiare camera in un'altra ala dell'edificio. Il personale è disponibile, ma non sempre era facile comunicare in inglese. La colazione è allestita presso un altro Hotel a un minuto a piedi, e non l'ho trovata molto completa, rispetto alla media delle recensioni mi aspettavo altro.Ottima comunque la posizione e i dintorni sono molto tipici di Hanoi."

"We had a wonderful stay at Splendid Premium Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They assisted us with an issue regarding our flight tickets, even checking the details for us to confirm which luggage was included. They also arranged drivers whenever we needed and provided clear information for all our questions. The hotel was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Breakfast was international and abundant – nothing to complain about. We also booked a traditional Vietnamese massage through the hotel, at their partner spa, and it was excellent. After our initial two-night stay, we decided to return for a third night before our flight, as the location was convenient for the airport. This was an additional confirmation of the excellent service we had already experienced. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with everything just a few minutes’ walk away. We highly recommend this hotel to other travelers, not only for the strategic location but above all for the kindness, professionalism, and attention of the staff."

"Buon albergo, in posizione strategica per diversi punti di interesse. Break-fast varia e di buona qualità. Camera tripla comoda e letti ben fatti, con dotazione di acqua, accappatoio e ciabatte. Condizionatore un po’ rumoroso."
