"The staff is very friendly and very accommadating. The front desk manager Alex is the best as he went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The room was large, clean, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. I have a bad back so this is hard to find! Thank you Alex!"

"The heater in the hot tub and pool went out during our stay. They sent 2 different people to try to fix it with no avail. Luckily it was at a time when pool heat was unnecessary but we would have liked the hot tub. This was something outside of their control so we won't and shouldn't hold the owners ..."
