“The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken. Don’t stay even if it’s the last hotel. If I could negative stars, I so would”

“This resort is incredible. The staff were incredibly attentive and very knowledgeable. We met the owner Jason and he is an incredibly gracious host. He was very helpful and kind. He had a special dinner for us which was an incredible mix of Korean Filipino hybrid foods. We will definitely come and stay here again. It is about a 30 minute walk (5-6 min in a tricycle “tuk tuk”) from the proper town. Customer service was above and beyond. ”

“I loved the view of the ocean with the islands. There were nice tables and lounge chairs with an umbrella so we can relax there. Joakim & Janit were friendly and helpful. It was good to get to know them. They were eager to make the stay a good one for us. They went out of their way to help us.”

“Il Ferra Resort Siargao è un piccolo complesso di Villette, molto fronte mare, davvero suggestivo. Immerso nella natura, tra giungla, palme e mare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, quando non sono presenti (la reception non è aperta 24/24), sono comunque velocissimi a risponderti tramite WhatsApp. Ottima posizione, essendo fronte mare, a 200 metri da un RistoBar, raggiungibile a piedi. “Location is excellent, much closer to the center than it looks in MAPs. Our room had ocean view (second floor), and it was a short walk to Tourism Road, so best of both worlds. It’s not a “resort” even though they call it that, but it was clean, the room was large, and great location.”

“Clean spacious room. Good breakfast served hot. Enjoyed outdoor pool and staff are courteous. ”
