Proprietà Lake Shore, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia !!

Un invito: Coastal Concepts, Inc., un team di progettazione e sviluppo, è lieto di annunciare che il suo ultimo progetto, il cottage di Shorewinds, è ora disponibile per il noleggio agli ospiti più esigenti. Questa elegante casa si trova sul lungomare di Lakeshore Road, nel desiderabile Union Pier.

L'ambiente interno mescola abilmente l'uso di opere d'arte originali, manufatti e oggetti d'antiquariato in un modo giocoso che cattura l'essenza della vita costiera. Le porte-finestre conducono dalla cucina ad un patio laterale che è adiacente al percorso della spiaggia. Recintato per la privacy, è possibile cenare all'aperto ascoltando le onde che si infrangono sulla riva.

Mobili in vimini in stile vintage si trovano sotto il ponte coperto pergolato ed è un luogo invitante dove trascorrere il tardo pomeriggio rilassandosi con un buon libro e una bevanda. Un posto a sedere è incastonato nel firepit per osservare le stelle a tarda sera. Questo è un cottage che sarai entusiasta di aver scelto per la condivisione con i tuoi cari.

: Le prenotazioni non sono garantite fino a quando non viene ricevuto un deposito del 50% e un contratto firmato. Il saldo è dovuto 60 giorni prima dell'arrivo previsto con un deposito cauzionale e le spese di pulizia. C'è un minimo di 3 notti per i fine settimana festivi ed eventi speciali, alla tariffa del fine settimana.

Il pagamento integrale è richiesto con prenotazioni effettuate con meno di 30 giorni di anticipo. Gli affitti estivi sono prenotati solo come pacchetto di 8 giorni / 7 notti. Tutti i noleggi iniziano il venerdì sera e terminano il venerdì mattina successivo.

Check in alle 16:00 e check out alle 10:00 il venerdì per affitti settimanali. Potrebbero essere applicate spese di cancellazione.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway for Our Family!

We just returned from an incredible stay at this cottage, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach(30 second walk from backyard) which made it so easy for our family of four to enjoy long, relaxing days by the ocean.The cottage itself was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From comfortable beds to a well-stocked kitchen, it was clear the hosts put thought into making guests feel at home. The space was just the right size for us, and we especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay extra comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beachfront home base for a family vacation.

Peace and quiet on the beach

This is our second time staying at Shorewinds cottage, which probably says enough. The cottage is amazing. It is *extremely* close to the beach. It is also well stocked and kid friendly (our 4 year old daughter loved the place). The food in the area is really good, with a couple of great restaurants and cafes - Union Pier Social, Tapa Tacos, Red Arrow Roadhouse, Whistle Stop Grocery. There are more restaurants and cafes in New Buffalo, which is very close. David's Delicatessen and Coffee is a must. Both times we have visited we came in March, and while it can be a bit chilly, we really enjoy the peace and quiet in the off season. other must-do things: Warren Beach Dunes and Galien River County Park

Amazing Stay!

Booked the shorewinds cottage as a last minute weekend trip for my mom and I and it was perfect! The inside was cuter and bigger than pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the outdoor seating areas and the proximity to the beach - amazing to not have to cross the street to get to the beach. Perfect location within walking distance of the Whistle Stop, The Roadhouse and Milda's. Would definitely book again!

2nd summer at our happy place!

We came back for our 2nd summer and we already booked again for our 3rd summer! Clean and spacious and very comfortable, appreciated the new beds and TVs and other improvements. The grounds are even more beautiful than the photos, bird lovers remember to bring seed for the feeders! Easy checkin, good communication with property manager. And the location cannot be beat!

Our new happy place!

We had been staying for years at another property that stopped taking rentals and we were looking for our new happy place. We definitely found it! The property was exactly as the description stated and even better than the photos showed. No beach view but yes literally steps from the property to the path that leads to the beach. But still felt private and serene. The house was very clean and well furnished. We loved the natural light and the open layout inside, as well as the multiple exits to the cozy spaces outside. Joan the property manager was responsive and gave us clear communication re checkin/checkout. I brought birdseed as she suggested and spent hours on the front porch watching and listening to the birds. Highly recommend this place!

Michigan Oasis by the beach

The location is amazing -just in from the beach. The garden is an oasis with everything from cute outdoor shower to fire pit to quiet places to read and watch hummingbirds. The house is immaculate, well equipped and tastefully decorated. This is our second time at the property and are planning on returning next year. Joan is a great host as well.

Nature’s Bounty

The whimsical cottage was so much more than any pictures on vrbo could show! we were surrounded by nature from the time we walked up on the front porch. Watching the birds was a total delight. Even saw a doe nosing around. Just out the garden gate and down a small path is the beach. There are several steps going down to the beach so if you are handicapped, bring your crutches or cane. There are gourmet restaurants, markets, and boutiques within five minutes. You can’t go wrong renting from Joan.

Easy to find; Person-less check-in; Easy back-door walk to beach; Nice fireplace; Nice open great room (better than photos); Peaceful setting (this area is full of little cottages sort of packed in, but you don't really notice); not much traffic on the street; excellent rate deal for early May (bang for buck). Good variety of bird sounds. Owner and grounds keeper responsive to any questions. No "howevers" here; just a good deal, no hiccups at all. Thank you Joan and Emily.

Family friendly getaway!

Location location location! You just can’t beat what this property has to offer. The cottage is beautifully decorated but still cozy enough for our family to relax in. It’s such a special place in a great area. We enjoyed the clean relaxing beach, the many playgrounds in the area, Black currant bakery and Rios in New Buffalo. We can’t wait to come back and relax!

Loved it!

I stayed here with two adults and a two year old. We loved it! The location is so close to the beach (just a short walk through the gate) you can’t see the beach from the house but it is as close as you can get. It was very clean and the amenities were as listed. Be sure to get donuts at Black Currant Bakehouse and breakfast /lunch sandwiches at the Whistle Stop Grocery, both are about 10 min walk from the vrbo. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing off-season vacation by the dunes

We had a fantastic stay at Shorewinds cottage. This is the second time we visit the area in March, and love the quite and calm of the off-season. We went hiking at both Indiana Dunes (both state and national parks) and at Warren Dunes. Our little one (almost 2 yrs old) loved walking around the dunes and being carried in her hiking backpack. The weather was cold when we went to Warren Dunes, but that meant we got the whole place almost to ourselves, and were able to snatch some amazing photographs without crowds. Lots of delicious place to eat even in the off-season. We particularly enjoyed brunch at Beer Church and coffee and lunch at David's Deli. The cottage was great - easy check in, clean, well stocked, ample lighting, and with a great host. Having a hyperactive toddler in tow, it was great to not to have to worry about crossing any streets on the way to the beach. If you're looking for a relaxing, disconnecting stay, I'd highly recommend shorewins in the off-season.

Happy New Year!

The owner was amazing! We couldn’t get there for Christmas because of the weather. She graciously offered us the next weekend, new year’s weekend and we accepted. Her home is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and close to the Lake Michigan beach. Weather wasn’t great but a great getaway from home to read, watch football, and relax!
