“Did not use the pool and the hotel was a mess. It is currently under construction. If we had known this we would have found a different place to stay. Room heat did not work, ceiling light did not work, phone in room did not work and the tv kept turning off and on ”

“Room was clean and the staff friendly. Had an issue in our room with something making a really loud noise repeatedly. There was no way we would be able to sleep through it. Requested a new room, had to send the manager a video of the noise, which was fine. The room that were moved to was the next room over. We were told there were zero other rooms as they were completely booked. On a Wednesday. I do not believe that was true. During our stay, we heard 2 other people in the hallway and...

“I genuinely enjoyed my stay from the beautiful atrium with a koi pond to enjoy a cocktail or your complimentary buffet breakfast. The indoor pool & hot tub was very pleasant. There is also a massage chair free to use. Its very conveniently located just off the highway & surrounded by anything you could possibly need for food, shopping & great walking/hiking to beautiful falls nearby. The staff was very knowledgeable & helpful with all my needs. ”
