“The room wasn’t clean, there was literally 2 full body prints on the mirror. We paid extra for the in room jacuzzi tub - it didn’t work - the dials or switches were broke off. The tub wouldn’t hold water unless you held the plug in with your hand. The A/C was barely working and the room never got comfortable. There isn’t a working elevator and we were on the second floor trying to lug all of our stuff up a little stairway that dirty and slick. The next morning someone had spilt...

“The host was great at communicating. The house was nice and the area was as well. The major issue we had while staying there was that the AC did not work. I communicated with the owner about it and there was basically no solution given just a "sorry". Luckily it was't too hot (78 degrees) But I would have hoped for a resolution or at least a partial refund. ”
