“I will stay here again. The welcoming attitude and politeness of the staff stands out.The room was quiet, cool and the bed comfortable. I used the wifi in my room a lot and it was up to the job. The location is a safe area, near the diplomatic quarter and close to a main commercial hub. The route to and from the airport is via the highway”

“The service at this hotel was very poor. During check-in, we were at the lobby waiting for almost an hour - in the middle on the night. I had booked two different rooms, but only one was showing up on their system. The man at the front desk was saying it was our fault for booking on Expedia. We had gotten to our rooms around 3am. “The cleaning staff stole my money from the room and hotel management did not do anything about it. The room was noisy and full of cigarette smell even the room was non smoking. Bathroom was dated and shower did not work either. Rubbish hotel with rubbish staff. Will avoid this like plague in future. ”

Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. Rooftop pool was very pleasant and clean. Excellent value for money. ”
