“Do not stay here. Inhabitable, unsafe. Had to leave. Fire alarms taken off wall. Tissue covering sprinklers. Light fixtures broken. Walls dirty. Bed sheets and pillows dirty. ”

“I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.”
