“Good staff, clean room and good amenities ”

“Overall our stay was very comfortable and good. With good staff and excellent service. Only limitation or things to consider would be to provide A La Carte options for food. Buffet is the only option and a bit expensive in case you are looking for some quick and light food. Also, essentials food items would be great too like munchies and milk/tea. Overall, food quality and options during the breakfast were great.”

“Hotel was clean.. staff was friendly and were working really hard. But very understaffed.. upper management is very poor in manpower planning.. the top management doesn't seem to be interested while staff on the floor was very hard working.”
