“Good staff, clean room and good amenities ”

“Overall our stay was very comfortable and good. With good staff and excellent service. Only limitation or things to consider would be to provide A La Carte options for food. Buffet is the only option and a bit expensive in case you are looking for some quick and light food. Also, essentials food items would be great too like munchies and milk/tea. Overall, food quality and options during the breakfast were great.”

“Need to improve on kitchen/Dinning services. There was very limited staff and wasn’t able to attend all guests. If you ordered something you need to wait either they forgot or busy to attend other guests”

“The Pool was enjoyable. But there is no any shop nearby Resort.”

“The property is very good and maintained. It is newly built property launched in Sept 2024. The staff is still trying to make the stuffs convenient to the guests. Swimming pool was dirty with Haze water and a lot of seasonal insects into it. Some of the guests were enjoying in the pool wearing street cloths and night wears. No one prompted them to wear appropriate costumes. We brought our swimming costumes but could not enjoy looking to the conditions above. Breakfast was average with...
