“The Mountain House is an absolutely fantastic place to stay! We live in Northern California, and our daughter lives in Washington, and we often meet for family gatherings in Ashland. This Thanksgiving we stayed at the Mountain House. It accommodated the entire family, the kitchen was well equipped for our Thanksgiving meal, and the home vibe was perfect for us. The property management was exceptional, great communication and friendly. We would definitely stay again. ”

“The hotel was lovely, especially the breakfast staff. I shared a 2 bedroom room with a friend and we had plenty of space and a nice-sized bathroom that was easily shared. Although there were no hot items aside from what you toasted, the breakfast was plenty filling with plenty of large windows to light up the space. It was also helpful that the room doors could stay open with a magnetic attachment to the wall behind them, which was especially helpful to our other friend on crutches in the room...

“Spent a week at the Arden Forest Inn going to OSF performances. There is a nice Guest kitchen easy to access that is kept stocked w Kcups and a large frig where you can store your own milk and breakfast items. Our private patio made our stay wonderfully cozy. Pool was clean and refreshing. Very nice bed. We’ll be back. ”

“This inn offers a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location is centrally located in the heart of Ashland and the accomodations are amazing. We loved the welcome cookies and the breakfast was incredible. The Victorian architecture of the Inn, the gardens, and surrounding cottages were beatiful. There were so many places to sit and enjoy the gardens, food, and drinks.”

“The room was amazing, and perfect location . The only negative was how small the tv was but we didn’t end up using it do wasn’t a big deal. The fire place motor sounded like it was on when everything was turned off. The room was amazing and definitely will come back, breakfast was good only bummer was the expresso machine was broken. The bed was comfortable, and staff was great. I love the little touch and personalization in the room.”

Our beds in room 3 were very comfortable, the decor was fantastic, and the retro kitchen appliances were fun & perfectly functional. “We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. ”
