Hotel vicino a Università di Phoenix - Albuquerque

“Front desk staff was unhelpful. Had to walk up 3 times to get checked in. I have a disability so that was unnecessarily difficult. Food was over priced and the floor was cold and unwelcoming at the casino. Sportsbook was pretty much the same. If you weren't a local you got looks. Room was nice but they put me at the very end of the hall. Again, disabled. Won't be back.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in , the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby was clean and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on our trips to Albuquerque.”

“Upon checking into our room it has a horrible must stale smells it was very strong. Upon checking the room it was not very clean and the bedding had stains on the blankets of both beds. The front desk clerk was amazing and showed me several more rooms but they were all the same. We requested a refund and went across the street to another hotel.”

“The air conditioning was perfect. No problem with the cleanliness or the laundry. I’d say overall, I’d give them a rating star of five.”

“The hotel is beautiful with thoughtful nods to the area. At check in I had to wait 5+ mi s for someone to come to the desk. I mentioned I had a dog, they asked if it was a service dog”

“Hotel was really bad and it's under construction nothing works on the rooms we couldn't even watch the TV lol it's really bad ”

“Hotel and amenities were excellent. Only problem I had was with the parking. Parking was very limited and the spaces were compacted. Only downside about the hotel.”

All of the exhaust fans were on when we got into the room. chair broken cupboards banged up and had nothing in them for the kitchen area stove top in bad shape Refridgerator didn't work took forever to check in Bed crackled AC loud would not recommend to anyone Bed made incorrectly with blanket instead of sheet on bottom No kleenex bathroom fan LOUD No hair dryer place was dirty No coffee pot”

“They didn’t have a room that fit our needs but the front desk made it work for us and was very attentive made us feel special. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was different from other hotels, everyone enjoyed the food especially the kids. ”
