“They tried to charge me twice for my room. They said my card didn't go through. I showed them on my bank app it did and were still denying me my room. Said they're system glitched but another person was able to check in no problem.The security lock on the door, screws were coming off. Put a table in front of the door. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Bed sheets were stain and old. Bed was hard, paint coming off of walls in the restroom due to water stains. They should update their rooms. Will...

“Much nicer than we thought it would be. The rooms are spacious, staff are great and the pool area was nice. Our room was at the back and a bit dark, would have preferred a room overlooking the pool.
