“L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

“This Bay City location has the BEST staff of any hotel we have booked. They were kind, courteous, professional and responded immediately to any request, question or issue we brought to their attention. Staff rates 10 out of 10! It appears this hotel has recently been sold and the on site GM and maintenance director were let go soon thereafter. The overall hotel and our room were clean, neat but needed attention to replacement/maintenance issues. Our room's carpet was damp and musty..black...
