“Unsure why this place got such a high guest rating. It was extremely gross. Took a shower and felt dirtier after, somehow. Luckily, we only needed to be here a few hours before a flight. ”

“I picked this hotel excited about the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was out of service and blocked off. Pool water was cold. I had a poolside room and the door key lock did not work from the pool side, only the outer hallway. Not well maintained. The restaurant onsite was really good. You can tell they tried to fix up the hotel at one point but didn't do a great job. I skipped the shower because the bathroom was kind of dingy.”

“Room was clean. The kitchen was convenient but the microwave was broke and there was only one small pot to cook with. Staff was ok professional but could be more welcoming. Plenty of parking there were no issues with that. The market they have for food and drinks was pretty empty could have had a better selection. ”

“At check in, I was told that the room with a King bed, which was reserved, was not available. A queen was offered instead. Otherwise, everything else was fine.”

“This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. I was a solo female traveler this trip and safety is always a priority when I’m traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time and hotel staff were so sweet and remembered that I was solo and...

“Checked in late Friday night towels where dirty sheet was dirty. Called front desk all they said we would need to wait for the morning. Next day nothing not even housekeeping came to clean or replace towels . Went to the front desk and complained they said they would come the next day to clean and change towels the whole time nothing was done. Luckily I had a towel in my car. Staff just kept blaming each other”

“Clean, best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a long time only thing the hot tub was out of order but the pool was beautiful even had a little kiddo section. Overall I had a great relaxing weekend and will definitely would go again.”

“The curtains that block light do not close completely. Our room had a parking lot light that shined directly in onto the bed where we were supposed to sleep. You really need to look at this. I didn’t sleep because of light that could have easily been blocked by a curtain. I would not book this property again because it was miserable to have light shining in my eyes in bed.”
