“The staff were pleasant. Parking in front of the building is plus. There was no noise issue. The room smelled wet requiring to have the A/C on—thanks for the A/C. The furniture was outdated, the carpet appeared to not have been cleaned in a few years, the bathroom appeared to have had previous mold build up. I appreciated that the bathroom was big enough for ADA customers, including the safety latch and peephole. For the price this is what you get. (Not here to complain.) If your sleeping...

“It was adequate for our needs for a one night stay. I was impressed there was a refrigerator & microwave in room. Breakfast was not included. Easy to find. Near the interstate, but quiet. Restaurants near by.”

“Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna”

“Overall, good. Basic hotel. The restaurant closed early, and had no coffee available. No pleasant apology from restaurant employee. Fortunately a Starbucks around the corner. No in-room lock safe, was told all hotels are eliminating safes. Carried our passports and valuables with us everywhere we went. Staff were friendly, location was convenient for us.”

“Although the front desk told me the hotel was basically empty the night we arrived, we were nevertheless put in a smaller room on the second floor with a rooftop just outside our windows - facing the garage. I was not told there would not be housekeeping the next day and did not have any clean towels.”

“Bed was very comfortable and good temperature control for room that allowed me to sleep great. Convenient parking and 1 mile away from Cleveland clinic.”

“We arrived to find the property under renovation. Our room was one in a wing of rooms in original condition. The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes.”
