“We had some unexpected issues with the room not matching the booking (which was done through a 3rd party, not directly with the hotel), but Jenny stepped up and saved the day. She was able to accommodate our needs, and was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, food was good, beds were comfy. We had a great stay, and really appreciate the "above and beyond" from Jenny.”
