“The only thing I have to say is fantastic the food was at the restaurant!!! I would go there to eat even if I was not staying at the hotel. Love how convenient the location was though and I would pick this hotel over any other downtown (and I have stayed at nicer hotels). Will be back.”

“The room was very clean. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood around the hotel looked a little sketchy with homeless ‘looking’ people walking around the hotel but not on the property. We will stay here again ”

“The couch in our room which we needed to use was dirty and unusable and it was too late for us to call to have someone clean it because we jus figured out a way to sleep. It was late. Also I don’t like eating on paper plates and it’s not good for the environment, all the paper and plastic waste ”

“Honestly, it was just okay. The room was clean, so there's that. But the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff wasn't exactly warm — I asked to have my Bonvoy number added and got what felt like an eye roll. It never ended up on my account either, so that was annoying. “I got a king studio for 1 night. The rooms are average to below average. More of an $89/night stay. I thought they had complimentary breakfast but it was $20 per person and was essentially a large charcuterie board. ”

“The homeless folks in the parking lot and outside hotel doors made my family uncomfortable. Hotel needs updating. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. If the need is for cheap overnight place to sleep and leave quickly it works.”

“Staff and facility were excellent. Can’t give it a 5 star review, but not the Hilton’s fault. However the roadway next to our room was unbelievably loud. Obviously we had an outside room and I’m sure many others get less of this but it almost made us leave and look for a new hotel. We stated because the room was very comfortable and the facility was what we were looking for. Lots of interrupted sleep every night though. ”
