“Room was clean, staff very helpful and responsive. Included breakfast had a range of options. Due to family activities, we did not get to use the pool, but looked very clean and inviting. Beds are quite firm. AC worked very well. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in town visiting family.”

The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much.”

“Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. ”

“Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Dass man Lunch / Dinner spätestens 1 Mahlzeit vorher bestellt sollte man beachten, dann kommt auch alles frisch und sehr pünktlich. Essen, insbesondere Fisch war super. Weiteres Restaurant nahe anbei fußläufig (nicht so gut, aber "billiger", kann oft nicht Wechselgeld rausgeben), kleiner Shop ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Taxis und Kirche. “What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

“The best hotel we’ve stayed in so far. The environment makes you feel like you are king or some type of government official lol. I love everything about the place. Beautiful view of the ocean, beautiful view of the community and the mountains. The foods are amazingly homemade delicious. Peaceful, quite and elegance. ”
