“WIFI VERY SLOW. Staff was always very courteous. Landscaping horrendous pool furniture horrible. Many missing and or dead Landscaping throughout the pool area and entrance. Pool furniture was a mix match and did not mirror the Beautiful entrance/ lobby area. You almost thought you were in two different hotels because of the differences.”

“The Alfond is perfectly located in Winter Park. You can walk to everything. The staff was excellent and very friendly and professional. ”

“At check in, we were asked what floor we'd like to be on, which was granted. We were able to park by our room. It's an old hotel with thin discolored towels and had areas that didn't look clean. There was an unpleasant odor in the room. We were only staying the night before our morning flight, so I didn't complain. It's very close to the airport. I would not return.”
