I was headed to dinner for Valentines Day when someone called, representing the hotel, and said a strong smell of marijuanna was reported coming from my room. “We had two rooms during our stay, and unfortunately neither had hot water for showers on either night. We reported the issue and were told to run the water for 15–20 minutes to heat up. Even after waiting that long, the water was only lukewarm at best. Breakfast was fair, the rooms were clean, and the staff was nice and understanding, which we did appreciate. However, the lack of hot water was a major inconvenience.This was a 300.00 a night room. With no compensation for the inconvenience....

“No complimentary coffee in the lobby! That was a disappointment. No one uses the in room coffee maker after seeing how gross they can be. Not particularly this hotel but generally most coffee makers.”

“We stayed here because the resort looked beautiful and it was... the decor and style was amazing! Beautifully done. Unfortunately, I should have gotten the clue when we walked into the room and laying on the bedside was a white noise machine and ear plugs. Not only could we hear the trains - but we could hear our neighbors on either side fully!! Their convos and their music, they weren't loud there was just no sound barrier whatsoever in between the rooms. Until this is fixed I do not...

“A bit outdated but clean. Not as sound proof as it could be. Room was small but we liked having the separate seating area. I prepaid for room through Expedia but I had to pay the hotel directly. But overall we were pleased with our stay.”
