“We stay here alot but this morning we e joyed the breakfast for first time. 10/10 so great”

“The property was clean, but the second floor had a musty smell in the hallway, especially by the elevators. They did a good job of maintaining an old building. The air conditioner in the room worked, but not as well as it should have. It was humid throughout our stay. We appreciated the skywalk from the parking garage to the hotel! The breakfast had many options. One morning they ran out of coffee for awhile, although management was quick to respond to the situation.”

“Great pool and gym and breakfast. I suggest a pool table and some games (arcade). And a better restaurant (for lunch and dinner) . The hotel should offer more and new entertainments to attract more people”

“My only observation regarding less than great is that the parking is odd. Entrance and exit are the same and only one-lane. Entrance requires scanning a room key but the scanner is some distance from the entrance and not well marked. This should Have been explained upon checking.”

“At check-in and checkout the staff was great. Our room was dirty. There was trash under the bed and in the desk drawer. The microwave was filthy. There were handprints on the mirrors, windows, and walls. I don’t know what was all over the tv screen and fridge but the place clearly wasn’t cleaned. “What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor. The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9.
