“I had a horrible stay. I was scared for my life during the late night hours. When I arrived the front desk lady only spoke Spanish and was not able to help me find my room. I had to have a person staying there help me. There were people screaming all night. It seems like people on drugs use this place to stay at. Do not stay here at all. I was up til 3 am because of all of the noise. Would love a refund. ”

“The staff went way out of their way to make my visit, feel welcoming… Making sure I could book a second night in my same room and that I knew where everything was. They refreshed my key before I had to find out the hard way that it wouldn’t work on the second day. The food was very good and if I had more time there, I would’ve used the pool. Room was very spacious and very nice nicely furnished.”

“Siamo arrivati in serata, la ricezionesta molto gentile ci ha detto che la piscina non era agibile, le abbiamo chiesto delle monete per la lavanderia ma non le aveva a disposizione. La camera aveva un forte odore di cloro, il copriletto era bucato, la doccia era sporca ed impresentabile agli ospiti, l aria condizionata non funzionava, il materasso era molle e scomodo e non c’era nemmeno il frigorifero. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto sul sito web. ”

“It took an hour to check in because it seems that rooms were not ready even though I had a confirmed reservation. So we had to wait outside in 91 degree heat because they were having everyone check in through window. AC was broken and I had to put tape over a hole that a large bug was coming out of. Almost got hit while walking from staff throwing a bag of empty soda cans over balcony. So thankful for Expedia customer service help.”

“Parking lot was poorly maintained. Stairway was dirty. No breakfast or pool as advertised. ”

“The room was so bad that we checked out immediately because the smell was horrific. Room very dirty bathtub multiple large cracks in it towel stained toilet dirty with spots of urine on the toilet seed. By far the office place I've ever seen. I'm requesting my a full refund since we didn't stay in the room and we had to go and rent another room in another hotel because it was that bad”

“This hotel appears to be new and clean but it was made very cheaply. The air conditioning is very loud, the walls are so thin you can hear the tv from the room next door. The windows are so thin you can hear the people out at the pool and they were just talking at a normal level. The breakfast was pretty good. It had a nice variety to choose from and everything was fresh. ”

“Smooth trip throughout. Staff and property were excellent and diffused a vacation that was going sideways fast. Thanks to all that were understanding and worked to get that disaster back on track. ”
