I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. You can include in the banner renovation hours and which floors are not affected. And explain you’re charging 75% of normal and comparable rates. What you should never do is lie. “First of all, the front desk and the valet staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and excited to be there. And as soon as we got to the room we realized just how old the hotel itself must be. There's barely a flat surface, a plumb wall or floor in the building. “Nice and clean with good bed.”

“I’m a frequent traveler to the Hyatt Augusta and every time I come I have a marvelous time. Staff is wonderful, shout out to David he made the first day of my trip so seamless. Rooms are always so clean, and spacious. I feel safe as a solo female traveling. Parking this time around was tricky because of the construction taking up parking spots outside. Other than that my trip was wonderful, and I will be back soon.”
