“We loved our stay at the Calderwood. Tried several Wilson wineries in the area and had great experiences at them all. Enjoyed talking with other guests at breakfast and learning about their favorite restaurants and wineries. Quiet, comfortable room in a charming house with a great front porch.”

“Continental breakfast was small but sufficient: Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, hard boiled eggs. The pastries weren’t amazing but this hotel also doesn’t have an in house bakery. Drinks at the bar were great. The bed was great and the rooms were thoughtfully designed. Loved the in room Nespresso. “I was under the impression that this hotel was a 5 star facility but it is absolutely not. It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all...
