“Very friendly but one of the main reasons we rented was to have a washer and right before we got there the something happened with the washer no big deal the property manager was very generous on giving us extra towels but we eneded up taking laundry to a laundry mat and had to spend more money the picture they have posted are not what it seems either the pool was way too small the outside area was also really small and it looks way bigger in picture there was scraps all over the floor the couch...

“House was as described and how it looked in pictures. House has lots of trees and shrubs making it feel incredibly private. Decent amount of road noise from the street but nothing can be done about that. Good amount of toys available to use in the pool. Pool area has tall fences so no worries about neighbors. Kitchen has basically everything you’d need to cook with. Garage area was cool and my kids throughly enjoyed the basketball and ping pong table. It’s awesome that the garage has AC in it...
