Guest house a Upper Hutt

“First hostel I’ve stayed in. You guys have set the bar high. Everything from the beds to the amenities were better than some of the hotels and I have stayed at. Thank you so much for taking care of us.”

“The receptionist had done his job well under pressure. He accepted valuable request and managed to meet our expectations. He worked professionally, composed amidst the situation. Kudos🎉”

“Very handy to Otaki - quiet wee place. Super clean - bed could be better ( noisy rolling over by yourself) plus some warm sheets would be great! Lovely gardens if you have time to view.Perhaps overpriced for what it is. Still I’d recommend:-)”

“Property and host agent were great as was the agents web portal.BookaBach on the other hand not so great. Could not get communications or anything from them even when using an account (which was forced upon you) nor the app. Book a Bach's logon process of sending a verification code just didn't work for both the web account and the app. The code just did not get through and the phone and online support was useless and could not fix. Strangely the exact same process seemed to work just fine with...

“A great stay!”

“The house was looking tired, whilst clean it could do with refresh. The heated towel rail fell off the wall; it was a quick fix. There was also no spare rolls of toilet paper. When I rang the help line, it was not answered. I left a message but needless to say they did not bring any spare rolls.”
