“What a great little apartment! Close to both the METRO and Adams-Morgan, one of my favorite neighborhoods in DC. Neat and clean. Our host, April, was most helpful, both during our stay snd as we prepared to come. Looking forward to coming back!!!”

“We wanted to be in DC for America’s 250th Birthday Celebration. I saw the posting & it was just what we needed for our stay. The pictures of the outside of the building are inaccurate. This is row houses not a shiney modern building. There was a strong sewer order throughout the apartment which made sleeping difficult. Holiday weekend so maintenance was “unavailable”. The weather was extremely hot but I wouldn’t have missed this for the world! ”

“The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip.”

“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

“Beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood! My family, and our dog, visited during Spring Break and we loved our stay. The owner took great care in outfitting the apartment with all the amenities of home-- right down to stocking the pantry with healthy snacks. The location is great-- only a half block away from local landmark Ben's Chili Bowl and a quick Uber away from the National Mall. The neighborhood is a classic DC neighborhood filled with colorful rehabbed row homes and we all enjoyed...

“Beautiful big house. Two of the light fixtures didn't work but it didn't really affect our experience.”

“We were a party of 5 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We all had our own bed which was a plus. The location was pretty central to everywhere we wantes to be. In town for a conference at the convention center which was about a 10 minute drive. Its alot of stairs if tou have lots of luggge. While we were in D.C. the weather was in the 90s which cause thed upstairs bedrooms to be very hot. They never cooled down like we slept on top of the bedding. Other than the heat the place...
