Upper Rock Nature Reserve: Tour e Visite Guidate

I rarely make bad reviews but this resort is at best mediocre. Our room in Ronda building was old with parts of the outside wall colibg off and the fridge was broken in many parts. The cleaning was terrible, next to the fridge there was huge amount of dust and left over food. At check in we were not provided with enough towels and bedsheet for 4 - after several calls we had to pick them up ourselves at reception. Staff is also mostly junior and hardly speak English. Good point is the location, the view and the pool which is clean

I never write reviews but this property deserves it. Super clean, really modern and had everything you need. Staff were pleasant, great views of the sea and I would definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay
