“No way to contact them. If you call their number you get a reservation center and they won't give or the local number. Bed and room proper was neat, but on both windows the curtains were rags. Bathroom was terrible condition. Mold, rot and the toilet hardly flushed. Only a couple teens working there but they were very nice”

“We weren’t even able to check in here because we got there after midnight and the office with the check in kiosk was locked. The office left us a message two hours prior that we needed to confirm our booking with them to check in, but with the poor cell service in the area, the message didn’t arrive until we got there. We have four kids who were exhausted and needed to sleep, and even though I called the number listed, no one answered. We had to find another hotel and navigate checking in there....

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop...

“Buyer beware. Host assured 100% refund of 1 night of stay well prior to arrival but after several asks, gave only partial. Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . ”

“The host was very welcoming, house had everything we need and was very clean and cute. Complimentary tea and snacks were a nice touch on such a cold weekend. ”

“Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me”
