Hotel vicino a Upstate Concert Hall - Clifton Park

“Very good hotel. We've been there for a stop-over: it's a convenient location close to the highway (and nice shopping malls too); the staff has been very professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Very much appreciated also the availability 24/7 of hot coffee and tea. The indoor pool with Jacuzzi, everything accessible, has also been very much appreciated. The room was spacious and with very comfortable beds. The large availability of parking (for free) made the short stay...

“The staff and the amenities were great; however, my partner encountered a dead, large roach in the hallway upon arrival. My partner has personal experience/childhood trauma related to roaches and was freaking out, understandably so. The GM at the Hilton emailed me and sincerely apologized, but did not offer any reparations, and neither did Expedia (booked package); each holding the other accountable. I wasn't looking for cash or a complete refund, but I think a one night stay offer should have...

“Let’s see… the pool area was filthy. Food left out in multiple spots overnight and not cleaned, which led to ants everywhere. Used bandaids on the floor (also left out overnight). Half the channels in the room didn’t work. Netflix didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. The staff leaves the “secure” back door open. When I complained about the pool I was told, by Marriott, that I should have picked a different hotel. 😂”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”
