“We chose this hotel because we stayed there a year ago and had a really nice experience. The valet was so convenient and having a Starbucks in the lobby made grabbing the morning coffee a breeze and didn’t have to find another coffee shop downtown before meetings began.

“I was charged for using the in room safe. 1) I never used it. An assumption was made. Even if someone uses the safe, the hotel had no way of validating it was used 2) Use of the safe is an optional amenity. Just like on site parking. I did not request this optional amenity and yet it was automatically added. It’s a PER DAY charge. 3) I called the hotel and asked to speak with the manager to better understand this policy of automatically charging.
As of now, I have no response or call back.

“The room was clean and the staff were helpful (& the hot tub was actually hot). Good housekeeping. The cafe in the lobby stopped serving food pretty early. The tub was several inches higher than the bathroom floor and seems like a significant slip hazard which I didn't particularly like. “Very bright and cheery entrance, friendly staff, great hotel layout, clean and comfy room, nice selection of for purchase, or complimentary snacks/meals and big comfy lobby area to relax or work.
Outside landscaping was very nice and always staff hard at work maintaining the property and cleaning the lobby, kitchen area etc.
This is my 3rd time at this property and it's really terrific. Will be back!”
