But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. I would still book with them again, the room was good. But timely check in emails really help a traveler. ”

“The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. “Check-in time was 4pm but we arrived at 8am and asked if we could check in so that we could start exploring the city. The room wasnt ready but they allowed us to leave the baggages at least which was great. They also helped us with a rental vehicle to the airport. This is a budget friendly place that provides basic needs and is very close to Shinjuku Station and at the center or everything.”
