Thank you for your input and am so sorry for your complaints. If we had known about this we certainly would have made it right. Its unfortunate that the toilet paper spindle was missing. And also sorry to hear about only one towel in room, again had we known we would have taken care of this for you. Our breakfast is a pretty good breakfast over all, we do have quite the variety of breads, bagels, toasts, and cereals, and fruits and yes our famous waffles. Im sorry to hear that you was not satisfied and only hope you stop again and give us another chance as we are all trying to satisfy all of our guests the very best we can. I agree, whoever thought light carpet on the stairs and in that halls was a good idea should be fired! I am guessing it was all the fad when put in 20 yrs ago. We do our best to keep those areas clean, but as I am sure you understand, keeping 20 year old light carpet clean has it's challenges and, at times, we are not able get to it right away.As for as the "spots in the room carpet," I know some of our rooms have bleach stains (that's a story unto itself) and there are some with cigarette burns (totally frustrating), but I can assure you, the floors are clean. I apologize for the dusty TV stand. That is not acceptable. We will address this in our weekly all staff meeting. The washcloths! Yes, we have none. Supply chain is still catching up on that one, but we wash and dry them as quickly as we are able. I am being told there scheduled delivery date is this coming week. Fingers crossed. I think for 99 per night we do a pretty good job. Many customers are very happy with the accomodations and customer service they receive when they stay with US. I am sorry this was not your experiance. I hope we get a chance to make it up to you if you ever decide to stay with US again. In the meantime, safe travels.
