“The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. ”

“Noemi was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to assist us. She found taxis for us and helped us order from local restaurants. The place itself was breathtaking. The stream in the compound, the Molokai for meditation, and the sunroom overlooking Arin Falls created a magical atmosphere.I highly recommend this place. “This house was fantastic for our family of 10. Fernando helped so much! We loved our housekeeper/ cooks that he arranged for us. The dogs and beautiful yard kept our children occupied during a 2 day strike when we couldn’t go anywhere. We are so glad we had since a central location for Sacred Valley tours. Highly recommend this home for large groups. Very clean, well maintained, easily sleeps 14. ”

"Abbiamo soggiornato in due periodi diversi in camere differenti. La camera superior meravigliosa con terrazzino vista città, spaziosa, ben arredata, dotata di riscaldamento,phon e bagno molto grande e comodo. La stanza standard molto carina ma senza riscaldamento e più piccola. Colazione eccellente, ottima pulizia e perfetta posizione della struttura a due passi da Plaza de Arma. Unica nota negativa è la vicinanza al quartiere in cui c’è una vivace vita notturna che rende le camere rumorose."

"L’hotel è meraviglioso e in ottima posizione e il personale gentile e molto disponibile. Il luogo dove si mangia un po freddo anche in considerazione che ci si mangia e dovrebbe essere più caldo, ma rimane splendido. Unica pecca la festa che stavano organizzando per il martedì sera e che ha precluso degli spazi agli ospiti dell’hotel senza aver avvisato o fatto uno sconto. Per il resto tutto molto bello "
