“We stopped here for a night on our way home from a family trip in Queensland, and what a pleasant surprise this place turned out to be. Out of all the holiday parks we’ve stayed at over the years, our cabin was by far the cleanest we’ve seen. The floors were spotless — freshly mopped with no dirt or dust — the cabin smelled fresh, was tidy, and was well furnished. “Cute little house. Very close to everything and convenient. Very clean. No heating or cooling.This one is owned by a commercial chain and it was the easter weekend so contact was for emergencies only according to the email comms. The lawn had just been mown without a catcher leaving big chunks of grass everywhere, and despite our best efforts we couldn't help but constantly bring grass inside and there was no dustpan to clean it up, only a broom to sweep it into the corners. “Great place, well appointed with all the appliances needed plus more. Spacious rooms and living area. Great large Smart tv to catch the rugby or kids shows which you can watch from the balcony. Great view and short walk to the shops, pub or lido. Mark is a very hospitable host and very easy to deal with.”
