“das Hotel passt überhaupt nicht in die Arosa Gruppe, weder von der Einrichtung des Zimmers her noch von den Gästen her noch vom Essen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Durchschnittsalter gefühlte 80 Jahre aufwärts. Es sah für uns eher aus wie ein Seniorenstift, aber keinesfalls wie ein Hotel der Arosa Gruppe. In der Dusche war es verschimmelt, das Zimmer roch komisch, am Balkon waren einige renovierungsbedürftige Stellen. Das Personal war jedoch sehr nett und bemüht, es uns und alten Damen...

“Wir hatten rundherum einen fantastischen Urlaub. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne dabei aufdringlich zu werden. Während unseres Urlaubs wurden die Gartenbänke erneuert, die einen im Vorbeilaufen zum Verweilen einluden in dieser wunderschönen und vor allem sehr gepflegten Parkanlage. Der Spa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und die Mädels dort sind alle richtig lieb. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Aber das Allerbeste war,...
