Between the Harz Mountains and the Weserbergland, in the south of the Solling-Vogler Nature Park in southern Lower Saxony, lies the idyllic resort town of Delliehausen. Here you can experience nature up close and find exactly the relaxation you need to recharge your batteries for everyday life.

The “Ferienwohnung Fasse” offers space for 2 adults. A child traveling with you can sleep in the parents' bed/baby bed or on the pull-out couch. Pets are not allowed.

The non-smoking apartment is on the ground floor of our detached house with a separate, step-free entrance and a parking space right next to the front door. It impresses with its idyllic location right next to the forest - a special highlight in summer are the sunsets, which you can enjoy on the terrace. The high-quality furnishings in a modern country house style as well as the extensive equipment ensure that you won't miss anything.

The apartment features:

• Extensively equipped open kitchen, tea towels included.
• bright living area with comfortable pull-out couch, TV and DVD player, dining area
• 1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and access to the terrace
• 1 bathroom with XXL shower, wide washbasin, towel radiator, seating and underfloor heating
• Utility room with washing machine and sink
• Furnished west-facing terrace and garden

Your bicycles can be parked in our garage; there is a charging facility for e-bikes there. (If you would like this, please let us know in advance.)

On the wind-protected and partially covered west-facing terrace with awning and private garden, you can enjoy the wide view of the landscape from the comfortable lounge set and unwind undisturbed.
Large patio doors offer a bright and friendly living environment and not only allow a view of the greenery, but also direct access to the terrace and garden. In the evening, indirect lighting in the rooms creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. Blackout blinds in all rooms ensure a restful sleep and a pleasant interior temperature in midsummer. WiFi is included.

Nestled between the Harz mountains and the beautiful landscape of the Weserbergland, Delliehausen is the ideal starting point for numerous attractions and sporting activities such as hiking, cycling or mountain biking. The popular Weser cycle path is only approx. 20 km away. For unforgettable hikes and bike tours, we at Outdooractive and Komoot have already put together the most beautiful circular tours for you, some of which start directly behind our house.

With around 530 inhabitants, Delliehausen is a district of Uslar, a historic half-timbered town that is considered a state-recognized resort and is known as the “Uslarer Land holiday region”. The area offers numerous excursion options, which we present to our guests in a well-stocked guest directory. Tourist information material is available in the apartment.
