Lift still out of service, as I already been there quite a few times, the lift wasn't working last November too. I booked a Presidential room which was already taken. Was told there was a mismatch with my booking and their reservation. Was given the right room in the afternoon though

The staff are very nice , but the rooms amenities are not kept up to codes . There is no hot water, the towels are hard , the tv doesn’t work , you have to asked for a box to make it work . They are considered 4 star on comments i will only give them 1/5 star
