“No value for money. The toilet has no door, the water is dirty, the cottage glass walls are broken, and electricity is switched off at night after 10 pm. You have to beg the staff to run a generator just to get warm water, and there are cobwebs on the ceiling. The only positives are the stunning view of Sipi Falls and the friendly staff. I will never go back and cannot recommend this place to anyone. What a scam!”

“First, to acknowledge that the area is in a more rural setting in Uganda, so no big city expectations.
At check-in the staff could not find the reservation, despite being shown the emails. The staff in the restaurant were inattentive and even neglectful, so much so that we walked out, unfed.
The rooms were showing visible signs of neglect and poor maintenance. The cafeteria/ restaurant had a bat flying around in it.
The owner is a wonderful individual, but his property needs some...
“The food was horrible if you are not a fish eater you could go with out food. Warning the chicken curry is full of bones broken and sharp. Our complementary breakfast never came. they have 3 items on there dinner menu and you still have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for it to arrive. When you go to check out they had no credit card machine so that added a layer of difficulty to the stay. ”
