“Very Clean Place !”

“Nice clean place !”

“Got a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with kitchen. Checked in at 3:20 pm and was told the room wasn’t ready. Came back at 7 and found someone’s shorts by the couch and a stain on the pillow. The room was super nice and I loved it and the guy at the front desk was amazing but don’t stay next to the pool if you go to bed early. It was really noisy and I had a toddler with me. ”

“Pull out couch had springs sticking out of it. Shower was covered in black hair. ”

“Parking was great and room was nice and clean. Hot breakfast area was super clean as well”

“They scrimped on the towels. Didn’t replace the coffee pods and the bathroom flooded from the shower. ”

“Room was nice and clean. It was awesome to have a kitchen with stove and full size refrigerator. Staff was friendly.”

“The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. ”

“The staff were nice & parking was free . The hotel was clean for the most part. The only complaint was our bed was very loose and squeaky. But, the hotel was within 5-10 minutes from everything we wanted to do !”

“Our Stay is amazing”

“The cleanliness of the room was questionable and looks like it was done in a rush. There were smudges on the bathroom door, coffee table, an ottoman, and pmirror. Hair was all over the bathroom. We saw staining on the mattress whem the sheets shifted. Vacuuming wasn’t thorough as I found plastic clothing tags from the previous guest by the bed. There was also an unsettling pbeeping that came from the headboard, likely the usb charger/outlet. Front desk staff was friendly, and the common...

“The Desk staff was most accommodating and welcoming. The site is well maintained and clean. Five pillows on the King bed was nice. Breakfast was typical but did have sausage and beacon on different days. Walking distance to a couple of fast food establishments and very close to grocery shopping. Quick, easy access to the freeway. I felt comfortable with the parking.”

“1: Improve your signage, so finding the hotel room # is easier. There are 4 building, and NO signs to show what room #s they are. 2: Turn down the water heater, because the hot water is dangerously TOO SCOLDING HOT! ”

“The breakfast was nothing but toast and bagels no eggs no sausage pancakes nothing like that I don't know how many hotels people stay at that don't have cribs or pack and plays and they didn't advise beforehand that there was construction going on overall one and a half out of five stars”
