"Horrible service, staff were unprofessional and rude. They open reception when they want without notifying their guests, the restaurant was closed for breakfast for those who had that included. "Do not rent this property. I booked in March for a stay beginning July 30 I chose it specifically because i was on Vava'u to scuba dive & swim with whales, and the description & pictures showed stairs down to the water and a pontoon pier. When i arrived it was NOTHING like that. THERE WERE NO STAIRS ..."
