ApartHotel a Uzbekistan

“Apartment is spacious, beds are very comfortable. Big refrigerator, stove, microwave. The problem is that there is no cookware, so if you want to cook anything, you have to buy cookware. Also, we had 3 people staying in, but only two big towels. It took two days for staff to get us third towel. Also breakfast is barely passable. The biggest issue for me was that everything was cold, The few dishes, that should be hot, were cold. Very few choices. Very disappointing. Receptionist was not...

“Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...

“Great location; however, the hotel needs a good refresher. ”

“Very difficult to find the place. It is not a hotel, the address is incorrect, and unless you call the owner there is no signage or anything to indicate where to go. Every time I called the hotel I got a different person with different information and instructions. Very poor communications and lots of confusion. The apartment, on the other hand, is excellent. Very well equipped and furnished.”

“My family and I stayed at this property for two nights. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. Based on our positive experience, we would certainly recommend this property to others.”
