Our villa is open to you with parking for up to 3 cars. Free parking on the street is possible in complete safety.

A large 75m2 living room kitchen will enchant you with its breathtaking view of the Uzetian landscape. This space is composed of a high-end kitchen, a dining room and a spacious and welcoming living room.

Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 160x200 bed and a large dressing room. Bedroom 2 is a master suite and consists of a 160x200 bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a large dressing room. Bedroom 3 is a princess bedroom but is equipped with a large 140x200 size bed that can accommodate 2 people. Bedroom 4 is a baby room with its toddler bed. These last two bedrooms each have access to a bathroom with walk-in shower.

The villa is also equipped with a third bathroom with bath and toilet as well as a second individual toilet.

The living room/kitchen area as well as bedrooms 1 and 2 open onto a magnificent 120m2 terrace with an insulating thermothermal pergola and a Bali stone-effect swimming pool. You will enjoy this terrace which overlooks the landscape in complete privacy. No direct vis-à-vis will harm your well-being.
A cool gym is available and is located in the annex of the house.

The house is fully air-conditioned. Many services are available: gas barbecue, co-sleeping bed on request, high chair on request, bottle warmer on request.
