Wir waren Ostern 2025 ein Woche vor Ort. Tolle Gegend, wir hatten die E-Bikes dabei ... da muss man etwas schauen, aber es gibt sehr schöne Strecken, super ausgeschildert, gleich im Nachbarort.Ferienhaus super für 4 Erwachsene, tolle Ausstattung. Die E-Gerät alle Top Induktionherd, Waschmaschine etc.Alles war sehr sauber, hat alles gepasst. Klare Empfehlung. Einkaufen waren wir auf den Märkten und im Supermarkt. Die Lebensmittel vor Ort sind sehr hochwertig wir konnten super kochen.Die Vermieterin war auch super nett, wird driften unser E-FZG laden, dafür hatten wir einen eigenen Zähler und mit 8 A bei 230V geladen ... hat super funktioniert. Abrechnung zum Haustarif, da dient man dann bei unter 20 Cent pro KWh ...War sehr gut, kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Kontakt mit Brigitte Favand war sehr Angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir haben vor allem das schöne Haus und den tollen Pool genossen. Alles sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Wir können dieses Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Traumhaft

Das Haus ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist top! Alles ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Küche hat einen sehr großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Herd und Microwelle, eine Senseo, Wasserkocher und alles an Besteck und Töpfen/Pfannen usw. 3 schöne Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten, super Bettwäsche und Kissen. 2 Bäder und 2 Toiletten sind vorhanden und sehr schön. Die große Terrasse mit einem großen und beheizten Pool und wirklich hervorragenden Liegen und ein Esstisch mit bequemen Stühlen. Unter den Bäumen findet man auch im Sommer Schatten. Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage und ist komplett eingezäunt. Mme Flavand ist sehr nett und erklärt alles, was man braucht. Eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Danke Nach Uzès sind es keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Eine wundervolle kleine Stadt, in der alles geboten ist. Ausflüge zum Pont du Gard, Nîmes und so vieles mehr sind natürlich ein Highlight. Wir kommen wieder!Merçi beaucoup

Maison parfaite pour un magnifique séjour

La maison est parfaite, équipée avec des meubles et accessoires de très bonne qualité, et il y a même quelques antiquités. Elle fait l'objet de finitions de très bonne qualité. Décoration de très bon goût. Rien ne manque en terme de vaisselle, accessoires et autres. La cuisine est de très bonne qualité. En bref, on est bien plus dans une maison habitée que dans une maison uniquement destinée à la location. Madame Favand est charmante et très serviable. Parfait endroit que nous ne pouvons que recommander, pour la qualité de l'hébergement comme pour l'emplacement.

Mooie, zeer nette vakantiewoning, rustig gelegen

Mooie nieuwe woning met alle comfort. Netjes onderhouden. Rustig gelegen. Een viertal kilometer van Uzès, Idem naar Saint Quantin la Poterie. Dit laatste dorpje kan je te voet bereiken na een fikse wandeling van een 5 à 6 kilometer wat we een aantal keer gedaan hebben. Mooi zwembad, terras, volledig omheinde tuin. Zeker een aanrader.

Belle maison

C est une belle maison Dommage énormément de moustique impossible de manger dehors. Belle piscine bien entretenue. Literie dur mais ajout de surmatelas de la propriétaire apres demande. Il manque une table de salon Et des equipements dans la cuisine type plat et des verres pour tous les jours. Lit fait a l arrivee serviette propre et en nombre et de bonne qualitee. C est une jolie maison un peu isolee..

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage außerhalb von Uzes

Das Haus ist modern, sehr sauber und gepflegt und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 3 größere Kinder bzw. Teenager. Der schöne Garten lädt zum Entspannen im Schatten ein und der Pool spendet Abkühlung nach den Ausflügen. Er ist groß und tief genug zum Schwimmen, Erwachsene können aber noch problemlos stehen. Das Haus liegt zwar gut 4 km außerhalb von Uzès und man benötigt ein Fahrzeug, dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Uzès ist ein wunderschönes mittelalterliches Städtchen und auch sonst gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten z. B. Avignon, Nîmes, Pont du Grad, Gorges de l’Ardèche und vieles mehr. Der Kontakt mit unserer Gastgeberin war sehr unkompliziert, gastfreundlich und zuverlässig. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen selbst auch gerne wieder. Calme, sérénité, proximité commerces et marchés, piscine top

Tout était absolument parfait et comme décrit. De l’accueil sympathique, la météo, piscine impeccable et entretenue tous les jours, proximité des commerces et des marchés de St Quentin et d’Uzès, les chambres avec accès direct sur la terrasse et la piscine, beau jardin, la literie de qualité et confortable, super équipement absolument complet (en cuisine, lits faits, jeux, belle terrasse, belles salles de bains pratiques…)… Tout est là pour un séjour reposant et au calme.

Wunderschöner Provence-Aufenthalt

Die kleine Villa unsrer Gastgeberin hat gehalten, was sie versprochen hat. Modern und sehr gepflegt mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Eine schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein u hat völlig unsren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Der Kontakt mit unsrer Gastgeberin war sehr unkompliziert, gastfreundlich und zuverlässig. Bei aufkommenden Fragen erhielten wir umgehend eine Rückmeldung - super! Das Ferienobjekt liegt zwar gut 4 km außerhalb von Uzès u man benötigt ein Fahrzeug, dafür ist es sehr ruhig und wir waren ungestört. Dieses Ferienhaus können wir absolut empfehlen und kommen selbst auch gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup ☀️

Paradies in Uzès

Es ist ein wunderschönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten und Swimmingpool. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und gleichzeitig mit der Möglichkeit, in kurzer Zeit Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen, Sport zu treiben und alles Notwendige zu besorgen. Die 5 Sterne sind wirklich berechtigt.

Please read. It may help you avoid this dire property and more so an awful host

The place offers the bare minimum. A €10 kettle, hot water that runs out, 4 sun loungers, the 5th was broken (please see below Re dishonesty of the owner), a property crammed into an end of garden plot. The owner hassled to check in early as this keeps her cleaning cost down. It was plain that the cleaner was completely adverse to the stated VRBO check in. Despite the property being advertised as a 4pm check in, I was repeatedly called by Brigitte the absent owner, asking if we could get there in 30 mins from Avignon, from around 11am onwards. I was with my 5 year old daughter and had to pick up a car and had planned all of this because it was the stated check in time, ie my itinerary was focused around a 4pm check in, because this is what BRIGITTE (the absent owner) wants. I was then met by a charming and helpful woman called Flo, a local who could not have been more helpful. The place is ordinary, it’s a ‘cut and shut’ built with minimal respect for the aesthetic of the environment. There are other properties crammed along side it. For example on looking out to the pool, the pool is lined by a hedge probably 3ft from its edge. Immediately on the other side of the property is another property. The area is overwhelmed with building work. The inside of the property is fine, but ultra basic. A €10 kettle, cheap crockery, two small ikea looking sofas, a cheap coffee machine. It has the feeling of a place where profit margins are measured to ‘perfection’. The water system does not provide for 4 people to shower. It was always cold by the 4th shower. We waited patiently for 5 days for the pool geothermal pump to be activated. Having arrived on Saturday, it was finally activated on Wednesday. So 2 full days of pool before we had to leave. I can and am more than happy to provide WhatsApp correspondence with the (absent) owner showing this to be true should anyone question the accuracy of this assertion. It was very annoying corresponding over 3 days until our host finally sent her ‘pool guy’ round as she referred to him. It’s annoying that the house has 4 working sun loungers (a house for 6 people) and one broken one, but even more annoying when our host (who was not in the country) contacted me and complained of a broken chair AFTER our departure. We had been in the house with the cleaner and the owners son in law and perhaps unsurprisingly it was never raised. I could not complete my review here please contact

Erholsame Tage an einem wunderbaren Ort

Wir (2 Freunde und ich, Ende 50 ) haben im Haus von Frau Favand genau das gefunden was wir gesucht haben. 3 freundliche, helle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und komfortablem Doppelbett, eine gut eingerichtete Küche, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Badezimmer, natürlich der Pool,… Frau Favand werden wir als sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent in Erinnerung behalten. Wir würden alle drei gerne wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette magnifique villa complètement équipée, avec grande piscine et jardin ombragé. Située au calme, sans vis-à-vis, et tout près d'Uzès et de Saint Quentin la Poterie. A recommander!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir verbrachten zu fünft zwei sonnige Wochen in diesem wirklich gut ausgestatteten Haus! Es fehlte an nichts und der Pool spendete Abkühlung nach den Ausflügen. Uzès ist ein traumhaftes Städtchen und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. sind schnell erreichbar. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Vielen Dank an Mme Favand. Es hat alles gut geklappt.
