“Exceptional and genuinely friendly team members!! We could not have asked for a better experience. This was our first time in Augusta, and the front desk team(David and others whose names we did not learn) gave us great recommendations on restaurants in town and amenities available at the hotel. The breakfast offered great variety. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel in Augusta!”

My room was extremely comfortable, the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful especially when I had to extend my stay for a day because my flight got cancelled. The bellman even made a special early to drive me to the airport in the shuttle. The location was also great - right on the Riverwalk. I was a very happy guest!!”
