“Staff was helpful. Room was pretty well kept except the toilet seat was broken and the faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and didn't shut off well.”

“This was a hidden gem of a place to stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with was the hall carpet on the 8th floor. It was stained and desperately needed cleaning. Other than the carpet, what a wonderful place to stay in Midtown Omaha!”

“Dog on my floor that was barking a lot. Was told they try to keep dogs off 3rd floor - I b was on the second floor. Big step to get onto shower- not great for an older person,”

“A charming old building renovated into an attractive, fully-updated hotel with all the essential amenities. Hotel staff was excellent, both helpful and friendly. There was also a nice bar/lounge that doubled as a dining area, and a comfortable lobby sitting area up front. This hotel was also well-located near the heart of downtown, a reasonable walk to just about everything.”

“Water pressure is awful, took me an extra 20 minutes to get my hair rinsed. Housekeeping is every other day so if you need towels, water, or clean sheets you are out of luck and have to buy water from store at double price. Pool occupancy is 9, so if you go down there and there is a birthday party happening like we did you are out of luck and can't swim. Hotel was clean, nice and surroundings were good. The parking is good other than when it rains it floods. Not sure we will stay again but again...

“Very nice breakfast. The staff were very professional and took pride in their service. Cooks were out checking the food regularly and keeping fresh food out constantly. I was also impressed that they kept up with keeping everything clean. Great job to all involved with the breakfast. Keep up the great work.”

“We wanted something within walking distance of the Old Market shops and restaurants. Very convenient with a parking garage. Staff were friendly. Everything was very clean and comfortable.”

“It's was clean and comfortable. The staff was quick get me checked in. Excellent internet connection except I had trouble getting login. Lady down stairs help me with the internet. Big thank you. Nice shower and nice big t.v.. Only thing I didn't like was no free breakfast and coffee machine couldn't get it going. That's okay. Thanks.”
