“I was surprised with level of the hotel..i belive it is not 4 star level ..maybe 2 or 3.. The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room. The breakfast was with very limited choices. ”

“I first stayed at this hotel in September 2024 and I enjoyed my staff. I returned to Riyadh in September 2025 and the event hotel was full so I had another look at this hotel. My 2nd stay was amazing! I was upgraded to a beautiful suite but more importantly the ladies gym and spa has opened. I wish i had brought my swimming costume as the indoor ladies pool looked great. Gym was good, my only suggests would be it is a little warm due to the proximity of the pool and small towels and water...
