Prior to the arrival date we received 3 messages from The Inn at Whitewing Farm welcoming us and letting us know of all amenities and the fees associated with them nothing else. “The reason we stayed here was to enjoy the outdoor patio we had often admired. Unfortunately, it was unusable due to the crowd as this is a popular student bar. I had inquired at check in if a reservation was needed and was told no. Additionally it was not expected that under 21 guests could not eat in the restaurant, the staff was kind and would allow with mark on hands indicating they were underage. “The staff here is 10/10, especially those that work the breakfast buffet. You could not ask for more attentive and kind people. The pool is well maintained. While there I witnessed an employee check the chemical levels of the water and another employee skim the pool. I stayed on the 4th fl and could see clearly to the bottom of the pool. If you use the fitness center, it is sparse, 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill, and free weights. The only negative I have is the showers/bathtubs. I have...

“Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy.”
