Character house 5 minutes from the village by car, very quiet, 14,500m² meadow and small wood in natural terrain, partly unfenced, east south west exposure. 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, plus a sofa bed, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets, 1 separate shower. 1 washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, 3-burner gas hob, fully equipped. Television, cable TV, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, CO2 detectors, 2 terraces, garden furniture; towels provided, green space, private swimming pool secured by barriers and alarm, beach with barbecue, sun loungers, parasols. Pets not allowed. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Electric blind, toilet paper, salt, paper towels. Towels provided. 2 three-seater sofas and one armchair, games and books for children and adults, internet, radio, cable TV, Netflix Baby cot and high chair available on request. Towels provided free of charge. Mandatory cleaning fee at the end of your stay: €120. Security deposit of €700 required upon arrival, refundable at the end of your stay. Departure inventory. In high season, arrival is from Saturday to Saturday. Rentals are from May 1st to October 31st. Swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th. €1480 per week, €700 security deposit upon arrival, €120 cleaning fee payable upon arrival. 30% deposit required upon signing the contract. A joint inspection and inventory will be carried out upon the tenant's arrival. The tenant agrees not to bring additional people without the landlord's permission, not to sublet the accommodation, to use the premises peacefully, and to obtain insurance against rental risks. A certificate of civil liability insurance from your insurer is required upon return of the contract.
